Since the early 1960s, the goldsmith and artist Georg Hornemann (b. 1940, Dessau; lives and works in Düsseldorf) has developed his personal style and perfected the masterful use of his techniques and materials. Since 1967, when he received his first international award for outstanding jewelry design, he has won virtually all important competitions.
